I would like to introduce myself as a Real Estate expert in lower Westchester, focusing the majority of my business on the towns of Eastchester and Village of Tuckahoe and its surrounding areas. I am a resident of Eastchester for most of my life. I have been among Tri-Crest Realty's top producing agents for the past seven years, winning top agent three of those years. From 2004 through 2009, I have been Eastchester and Tuckahoe school system's top selling agent in single family sales. In the past fourteen years, I have been a part of over two hundred and fifty Real Estate Transactions. I give back to the Real Estate profession by sitting on the board of WPMLS at the Westchester Board of Realtors. Sitting or Chairing many Real Estate committees, including Rules, Technology and Long Range Planning, I continue to be well informed about on going trends in Real Estate that provide my clients with invaluable resources to make the best decisions. Since 2000, Tri-Crest Realty has been the most successful office in selling residential homes in the Eastchester and Tuckahoe School Systems. Together it has been a great marriage.

Growing up in Eastchester and being a product of its schools, I feel that I lend a vast knowledge of the area both in Real Estate and in its history. I have chosen to raise my family here, as I find it to be a wonderful place to live. I have a wife, Kathy of seventeen years and two children, Ryan, eleven and Justin seven. I have given my time and efforts back to the community as I have coached baseball, basketball and football for the town youth programs and run the after schools sports programs at the Waverly, Greenvale and Anne Hutchinson elementary schools.

As far as my professional life, I received my Bachelors Degree from Iona College, where I graduated with honors. My background is in accounting, where I spent two years at Arthur Andersen and another year as an assistant controller for a small public company.
